ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Allows the app to view information about network connections, such as which networks exist and are
connected.
INTERNET
Required for network scanning functionality and accessing network resources on your local network.
CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE
Allows the app to enter WiFi multicast mode for advanced network discovery features.

you to export scan results, but this is entirely under your control and initiated by you.
